Extremely rare one-of-a-kind matched set of 4

This matched set of wooden flat style bones was acquired in November 2016 from a man who found them in an antique store. He says the set was originally acquired from an estate sale of an elderly lady in upstate New York.

Description
Hand crafted set, probably rosewood. Includes black leather case die stamped, "E. PARRY 1920 65."

How Old Are They?
Not enough data to say for sure. Probably 1880s to 1930s.
