We are looking for a copywriter who understands direct marketing and loves nothing more than traditional folkroots music. So if you are an old-time musician or serious fan with strong entrepreneurial ability, then you will want to check this out.
Small but growing home-based business in Saint Louis (south city) needs copywriter with a passion for traditional folkroots music and ecommerce marketing. Perfect for old-time musician with strong entrepreneurial ability. Partnership potential for right person.
Who Should Apply for this Position?
This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is perfect for a banjo or jugband musician with copywriting ability who knows how to craft a compelling offer. And if you have the technical and administrative skills to manage a multi-channel retail and wholesale ecommerce network (eBay & Amazon plus our own Volusion shop), then you are absolutely ideal.
This could be the right place if you are good with people and computers. You need to be an excellent copywriter with verbal skills to match. Your experience in graphic design and product photography will enable you to create online product pages as well as printed materials such as coupons, info booklets, and packaging labels that motivate and sell.
At this time we are just a small itty-bitty home-based business. We specialize in Folkroots Rhythm Instruments (plus bulb horns and sewing thimbles, but that's another story). So if your adrenaline starts flowing at the sound of traditional roots music such as Old-time, Jugband, Irish, Cajun, Early Jazz & Blues, Minstrel, and Ragtime, then you will want to give us a serious look. And if you play 5-string banjo and enjoy living history events, then so much the better.
Oh—and by the way, if you have some interest in the retail and wholesale distribution of hard-to-find folkroots rhythm instruments, then that's better still, because...well, that's what we do.
