This pair of ebony minstrel style bones was acquired in April 2018 from a seller in Wappingers Falls, New York.
"Sorry no provenance. I bought them from an estate sale maybe 20 years ago, maybe 30 years, in the mid-Hudson Valley, NY."

Smooth black ebony. Excellent condition. This pair was among the two vintage minstrel style sets listed below.
How Old Are They?
Could be older, but they probably date from the American amateur minstrel period which flourished from the 1920s to 1950s.
