Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
 What is your policy on refunds, exchanges, and returns?
  You must be absolutely delighted with your order. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason - or for no reason - then just return the items and I will happily exchange them or refund your full purchase price, including the cost of shipping the items to you. All I ask is that you pay the cost of returning them safely back to me. Fair enough? If an item is defective, please contact me so I can correct the problem.
How do I cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I exchange an item?
  Since many items are limited in quantity, I recommend you order the item you want for an exchange now instead of waiting for your return to be processed. Otherwise, the item you want may be sold out by that time. You can place an exchange order by phoning me, or you can place a new order via the store's shopping cart. Be sure to clearly specify that you are making an exchange so no shipping is charged. If you are making an exchange via the online shopping cart, add a note to the comment field during checkout and I will make the necessary shipping adjustments. If you prefer to wait until your return is processed, I will make every effort to get you the exchange item if still available. Exchanges cannot be accepted for PayPal checkout orders. The store can only give you a refund for your return if you order using PayPal. I recommend you place a new order for the item you want. I apologize for any inconvenience.
How do I get a refund (or store credit)?
  If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, just return it for a full refund or exchange. If the store made a mistake in filling your order, then your return shipping charges (standard delivery only, no rush express) will be refunded as well.
How do I return an item?
  There is no need to call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Just follow the steps below:
  1. Please repack items carefully in a corrugated container with abundant padding. (You can reuse the original shipping box or get Priority Mail corrugated boxes free at most U.S. Post Offices.)
  2. Enclose packing slip you received with shipment. If packing slip is not available, please include a note with your full billing address so that we can look up the purchase in our computer.
  3. Please indicate the reason for the return, as this helps us prevent problems from reoccurring.
  4. Please indicate whether you want a refund or replacement. I will do my best to accommodate you.
  5. Ship via any trackable shipping service - and request "Delivery Confirmation" - which is a low-cost way to make sure your package does not get lost in the mail.
The store will make every effort to speed your return. All refunds will be made via original method of payment (except for gift orders and purchases made with gift cards).

Return Service:
Here is what to do if we send you a pre-paid shipping label.
  1. Repack items carefully with abundant padding
  2. Double box in sturdy packaging
  3. Enclose packing slip or invoice
  4. Attach shipping label
  5. Take package to U.S. Postal Service (or we can arrange to have package picked up at your home or place of business by your regular letter carrier).
