Dream Job for Right Person
If you already know how to market products on Amazon, eBay, and Volusion, then you will lift sales and earn a significant income right away. But if you need to learn how to manage Amazon and eBay marketing programs, or an ecommerce Volusion shop, then we will help you learn how. We will also show you how to create UPC numbers, manage SKUs, fulfill orders, and handle every aspect of the business. As your skills broaden and develop, and as you build real and sweat equity, you can earn a stake in the business that positions you towards ownership.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, with incremental pay increases geared to gross sales - plus generous profit sharing after three months. So the more productive you become on the job, the more money you earn. Even better, you can switch compensation from an hourly rate to a percentage of company gross sales. That earns you virtually the same pay as an owner. But in the beginning, while you are learning to market our products and drive sales on Amazon, eBay, and Volusion, achieving the big bucks will be a little down the road. So if you like the idea of compensation tied directly to the success of the company, then we should talk.
If you are the kind of person who thrives in a fast paced yet relaxed (and smoke-free) environment—a place where there's always something new to keep you on your toes, and you must deal with one mind-boggling problem after the next. A place where your administrative skills, creative ability, and resourcefulness will earn you a leading role with a growing business, then Apply Now for this once-in-a-lifetime position, while you still have the chance.
