This compilation disc features Sandor Slomovits playing the bones.

San is an award-winning professional musician who has distinguished himself in children's music. But make no mistake about it - Mr. Bones is definitely NOT for kids only.

The music on this CD first appeared on recordings by the duo Gemini (San and his brother Laszlo) between 1979 and 2000. Included is the original tune, Mr. Bones, San's tribute to the legendary Percy Danforth.

San is a multi-talented musician noted for his exquisite bone playing style. He learned to play the bones from Percy Danforth in 1976. And he is currently learning the craft of bone-making from Ray Schairer, the master woodworker who makes Percy Danforth Bones.

So be prepared to hear some serious rattling. And you will hear it all - Old timey, Classical, Celtic, Experimental, Pop, Spiritual, Traditional, African, Mountain, Symphonic. This CD most definitely got rhythm. Who can ask for anything more?
